Overview
Sunterra Hearing Aid & Audiology Clinic sought a revamped postcard design that was both contemporary and approachable for their older demographic.
Objective
Redesign their Re-Opening Launch Invitation Postcard
The goal was to create a visually appealing, informative postcard that could be sent out to their communities, promoting their services while standing out and engaging their target demographic.

The Challenge
The original postcard felt outdated and didn’t effectively communicate the clinic's modern, professional approach to hearing care.
Additionally, it needed to stand out to an older audience who may have different needs when it comes to accessibility and design preferences. Some issues included:
Broken design guidelines, including alignment issues and inconsistent font usage.
Poor font readability for an older audience.
Lack of visual cohesion and visual hierarchy, which affected the overall impact of the postcard.
The Redesign
My Process
Define the problem
I identified the main issues with the existing postcard, such as poor alignment, hard-to-read fonts, and inconsistent design. My goal was to create a modern, friendly design that would appeal to an older audience while staying true to the clinic's brand.
Design Inspiration & Research
I researched modern community postcards to gather inspiration. I focused on current trends in design, such as clean layouts, bold typography, and relatable imagery, ensuring the final design would resonate with the clinic's target audience while feeling fresh and welcoming.
Implement a Solution
